Cuenca

  • Bike along the Tomebamba River – Free Bikes at ‘Paseo 3 de Noviembre & Puente Juana de Oro’
  • Mirador de Turi Lookout (Across from Advnt. Park) – 500 Steps
  • Parque Extreme Turi (Small Adventure Park) – Ziplines, Swing Bridges, High-Flying Swings, Crazy Ball
Directions: Cuenca to Guayaquil - 4 hour bus ride $7USD

Guayaquil

  • Iguana Park
  • Isla Santay – Bike, Canoe, or Kayak
  • La Penas Lookout (444 Stairs)
  • La Perla (Ferris Wheel) – $3USD
  • Malecon 2000
  • Monumental Fountains of Dancing Waters (at Night) – Not Open Mondays
Directions: Guayaquil to Montanita - 4 hour bus ride $6USD

Montanita

  • Cocktail Alley
  • Day Trip to Isla de la Plata (Poor Mans Galapagos)

Directions: Montanita to Tena - 4 hour bus ride from Montanita to Guayaquil 10:00am-2:00pm, then a 8 hour bus ride from Guayaquil to Tena 4:45pm-12:45pm

Tena

  • Jumandi Cave
  • Laguna Azul
  • San Rafael Waterfall
Directions: ​Tena to Quito - 4 hour bus ride $6USD

Quito

  • Carolina Park – Airplane Playground
  • Independence Square - Changing of Guard, and Waving to President on Mondays at 11:00am
  • Mitad del Mundo (Middle of the World) – 1 Hour Bus to Ofelia Bus Station, then another to Mitad del Mundo, 40 Minute Bus Ride - $5USD Entrance
